It can be fun, if you have a lover as well as your pup. If the turn is controlled, its easier to stay tied and not pop him out. I have to agree with you, it's much better when he just relaxes and rests on you while he pulses inside you! That way he stays tied as long as possible
 
I much perfer him staying on my back ive only had him successfully turn a couple times and when he does he seems more antsy and wants to pull out which as most of us know hurts like hell its so nice to have him on back back and I can just enjoy all then sensation and feel his body and pants and the sensation going on inside me its much better IMO there is just a different feeling when he is turned.

Once talked to a girl online who said this happened to her. She was small, under 100 lbs if I recall, and had a bigger dog. Lost control of him and he turned, then started walking and pulled her around the house being stronger than her trying to hold him in place by then. Why one of her tips was to hold his legs when mounted on top to discourage the turn and keep him in better control. Still...that visual she left me with I'd love to witness.
 
I love the tie reversed like that. It's a very natural position for the dog, of course. But yes, I realllly suggest holding onto a back leg! So few women/dog match ups can turn the tie. Yes, it does happen, but it isn't often that the dog's knot is THAT WIDE compared to the woman's vaginal opening. Then, some dogs that have a wide enough knot have a shaft length that is also quite long. So, they don't get quite as deep, or the vagina pushes the long cock back out more easily.
