I am not familiar no experience with this. I have researched some states regulations against this topic. Most consider it or charge under abuse on an animal. The only state that I have looked that it might pass is West Virginia. Even than in the way I understood it ( and I have no legal background) if a k9 mounted a female of his own desire it could be argued ( if won, who knows) how ever with any manual assist from her or another she’d be guilty. That also I guess means if a k9 mounts a male without assistance it applies. It also implies that any male that has relations with a female k9 would more than likely be determined guilty (due to the fact of holding her). Basically in any way or form one is inclined to this your safest avenue is to keep it to YOURSELF!
