It looks like one I have and I love it. It is by far my favorite toy. It took some time to take the knot but well worth it.
 
A friend of mine has a knot sleeve he wears. It's greatt . As he gets more forceful with his thrusts the knot starts working it's way in until before I know it it's poping in and out. Feels so awesome

Eeeeh, the base on a large rex is noticeably bigger, and you won't be able to walk around with it cuz it will bulge out your pants. At least from my experience. Even sitting puts a lot of pressure on the toy and the base will push uncomfortably on your ass. With a medium it's definitely doable, but large you might get disappointed, unless you wanna trim the base of the toy down.

I don't expect it to be easy, the Nothosaur Karkinos I have is a good in-between the Rex medium and large for knot size. And honestly, the pressure from sitting on it is the best feeling. But yes, the base of the large will obviously be more challenging to deal with, the medium will be my go to for everyday activities

My Ex and I had a small Rex from Bad Dragon, it was our favorite toy to use in the shower
