3cm at the tip isn't that bad, especially if this was made in soft silicone

It looks like a dragon lol

These bumps can feel amazing i love bumpy toys but that depends on your taste. The thickness should be fine, same for the shape if it's soft. What's the material though?
 
From my experience a shape like this does not bring as much pleasure as something that looks like a knot. At least for me the most pleasure was felt from sudden changes in the spreading of the sphincter so when a ball/knot opens you up and when you close down behind the ball/knot. The pointed tip is great for entry and you want it to gradually widen but I would go for something that has several smooth balls that.
I do not think the curve is a problem since it is silicone and it will be quite malleable.
