Tripod if you're recording from the side or behind. Selfie stick if you want to keep the phone under you no matter how much you move

If your phone can cast to TV/PC so you can see what's being recorded, that would help, too.

Tripod is the easiest solution to your problem set it up press play edit it once you're done. Easy as that
