issues with tor browser

hi i am new year and enjoying so far although a bit nervous with being in uk, only just found out about tor and that is better and safer then vpn. but i have noticed that on some websites i get 'The medium could not be loaded, format is not supported'
it sucks when you see a video that you like the look of and can't play it

Hello fellow Tor browser user, the error your seeing is the result from how Tor is set up in the settings from sites/severs tracking & tracing users plus you add in the javascript issue when you want to surf the internet - it should be set to off (javascript.enabled > false) Thing is that javascript is going out from from websites as HTML 5 takes over (uses your browser). Did you know you can play media files with your browser ?

How do you check you have javascript on?
Address bar > about:config
Search bar : java
Result : javascript on > true javascript off > false

Probably because JavaScript is disabled. But enabling JS makes TOR kinda pointless

That was my point in the the reply as for the "sites/severs tracking & tracing users" comment - java script is your biggest enemy hence why it should be turned off if you want to surf the net mostly anon not passing on your personal details is another. As with darknet networks......

I don't even mess with Tor. I'm not really into the whole Deep web thing.
