Is there a lot of tension in here>

Good day, is it just me or does it seem like there is a lot of tension and uneasiness on the site(just seems like it is elevated here in comparison), folks seem to got at each other at the drop of a hat in many cases?

Perhaps a bit. I do see some stupid questions in here to be fair. I'm generally not one to jump down someone's throat for asking a question but sometimes I just roll my eyes and think "really dude?"

Oh there is a lot of tension in the general discussion thread because there are so many new people that can’t be bothered to take the time to actually browse/search threads and forums to see if the truly stupid question they are about to ask has been asked before example there are several different people that have asked “ is fence hopping ok” and proceed to state that oh there’s this horse/cow what ever near me is it wrong for me to jump the fence. Then they wonder why they get shit on and why tensions are so high because of stupid people making stupid posts all the time.

I find it particularly amusing that in the age of having a computer with internet access in your pocket having literally petabytes of information at you fingertips, people have not been able to learn how to search for information yet.

Oh tell me about it, the things that were supposed to help make us smarter have in reality just set us back probably 60 plus years in intellectual advancement.

Not related to not "being able to" in my opinion.

It's sheer laziness and expectation to get everything they want, desire, feel and so on.. approved and fulfilled without the least amount of own work and time, enthusiasm, motivation poured in. As such they can blame you, if their own life goes wrong, which lets them live without the need to learn from errors as "they were feel always right".

In TL;DR words:

People expect that others solve all unpleasant aspects of their life for them.

Not just the unpleasant. People are lazy fucks that don't want to have to figure out anything themselves. As evidenced by all the fuckwads who come to my counter at work and ask me where something is, and when I point to the arrows on the floor they say "Oh, I didn't see those.". You didn't fucking look! You walked in the door and walked straight up to me "hold my hand, tell me where I need to go, I'm too fucking stupid, I had to ask a stranger in the parking lot what building this was".

I’m always amazed when people decide they need to chime in to ‘punish’ someone for being lazy and asking a dumb question.

This is not a crusade you will win - there will always be these kind of fools asking questions like this with their dick in their hand.

If it’s a dumb question then just ignore it. I’m a strong believer in the philosophy of not giving a shit. Why would you even expend energy on something that gives you 0 benefit, and just spews out negative energy.

Nothing is gained, and all you’ve done is waste your own valuable time.

This is very much my view point. People care too much about "things" in general but particularly things they can't change.
Iv always been an "i just really dont care" kinda person but the difference is I actually really dont care. Alot of people say they dont care but things eat them up inside until they blow a gasket on someone.
There will always be stupid people, they will always have stupid questions and no matter what you tell them they will always do some dumb shit and then come back with "why didn't it work?"
Well, because you're stupid, that's why. I'm sorry but it is what it is.

I just don't see the point in wasting so much time and energy to argue with a stranger about something you have no control over any ways. You can type until you get carpal tunnel the result of which is a giant elegantly written masterpiece of shit, foul language and insults and it literally changed nothing at all. All you did was make yourself look like an asshole.

Because dumb fucks need to be told their dumb fucks.

need to be told their dumb fucks.
they're* - except if you want to tell them about their dumb fucks.
Nah, I don't care. After all not even natively English, here.

And no, doesn't resemble an impression that you are a "dumb fuck", don't worry. I just see this mistake quite often and never corrected it so far, as such your posting got me smiling.

There are a lot of people that are lazy and all that…but I also try to have a little patience. Not everyone is dumb who asks a silly question or breaks ‘forum protocol’. Some people are just rookies and are trying to explore an interest or experience here.

Yeah, I get tired of the ‘what dog has the biggest cock’ or ‘can I have sex with a dog I am dog sitting?’ Questions. But at the same time I have met some really amazing people here and I am happy for their friendship.

I have to remind myself I was an ‘awkward rookie’ once too. People had patience with me.

Just sayin’ it’s ok to be patient and nice

I don't usually use any forms of direct insults, no matter how.. astonishingly inefficient .. the questions are.
In many cases they still gain one or more answers - productive ones, which fit the topic.

But as you surely have seen in the past, there are users which neither ask nicely, nor are thankful for the neutral and helpful responses they gather.
Oppositely they are angered and annoyed that the answer doesn't fit their own personal goals or wishes. That there are rules or concepts which they should accept, if they want to participate in the forum.

And there ends my acceptance in regards of "rookie-ish behavior", really. Same goes for abusive ideas which are self-explanatory abusive, even a three-year old would angrily shout: "that's bad / abuse!", without even knowing about the emotional and moral standards applied by adults.

If something is categorized into this schemata of "they want to get hints to fulfill their abusive behavior" or "they are living out destructive behavior / fetishes", there's no reason to take them serious or even support them with serious responses.

You are right. I have zero tolerance for abuse or anything like that. I am just suggesting that some people who come off as dumb or whatever are just rookies and they need a little patience.

There were people who were kind to me in the beginning and I really appreciated that

That's all fine, but this forum offers a whole sub category for how-to's and educational data:

Those are good and well-made / reviewed / added information by thirds - easily to find regarding your related questions, i.e. the aspect you and your girlfriend are unsure about.

And it's quite easy to see this sub category on the main forum overview.

Yes i found them eventually and there was some useful info in there...we succeeded with our pug?

There's an illegitimate side. Plunging into righteous indignation is self-rewarding, just because it feels so righteous! But of course it rarely has any effect in the world of "you can't fix stupid."
On the other hand, for those of us who have invested the years and capital to own property, and own and raise and train animal companions, so we can follow our hearts as we live our lives, it is reasonable to think we have a lot to lose and we feel threatened by the irresponsible, inconsiderate, and straight-up stupid behaviors of randy noobs with nothing to lose. So the concern is legitimate. But just looking at the sheer spewage rate of repetitive stupidity, it is quickly apparent that one only raises one's own blood pressure by trying to fight fire with ire. The best recourse one can sustain is just a dispassionate reply of "Nope."
