Stop sex after she goes out of heat for 2 weeks because dogs are susceptable to infection during this time. After that two week period you can start working with her to maybe achieve something similar to what she was like in heat. Try some combination of foreplay (playing, cuddling, teasing, licking, and other comforting things she likes) and fingering her as often as she allows very gently for weeks.

I don’t know her breed and haven’t taken measurements either but if I’m just estimating she would weight less than 20 kilos. Also that thing is probably just the ring muscle as you said
