I'm almost positive that the only state in the US that criminalized possession of beast porn is Oregon. That's not to say that you can't be charged in other places, the government can make up whatever they want to charge you. For example they generally charge folks with felony animal cruelty if they have sex with an animal, even if there is zero evidence that the animal was harmed, and they will get a conviction. They also like to add on "communicating with a minor for immoral purposes" even if you never actually did any such thing, and then offer to drop this made up charge if you plead guilty to animal cruelty.

Living in Texas, I don't think it's too much of a crime here to download videos from this site. Distributing and selling them, however, THAT is crossing the line.
