is it really possible to seduce a dog?

been here for sometime, i m new to dogsex as well. after learning a lot of guides and watching videos and pics and articles, one thing i can say is if you want to mate with a dog, the dog should be in it. most of the times its not the case, so I was wondering if its actually possible to seduce a dog, say if someone is really interested in a dog and he doesnt respond in a postive way, is it possible to seduce him and what would be ideal steps?

If the dog does not respond positively to attention it's probably best to leave them alone in that way,

what do you mean "most of the times"? i'm yet to encounter a dog who wasn't interested... of course, chances are some are just not into it (same goes for humans after all) and in that case as @d3bbievictor stated leave them be.
