Is it normal for a pup from barely six months?

I wonder if this behavior is normal for a pup from barely six months old.
He already did this when he was still with the breeder, but every time he's with a toy like this. he can't get enough from humping it.

Humping in puppies is not a sexual thing. It's either play or dominance behavior
