Is bullying also a thing here?

Depends on what you consider bullying. Most of the time it is trolling. This is an internet forum. A lot of people with different opinions in one place and a whole lot of meaningless wars over nothing important.
Places like this require a thicker skin to live in.

trolling is bullying. it is also the same thing as harassment. all real jokes come to an end. nobody needs thicker skin, some people just need the balls to know when their culture is getting old and do better for others.

What do you mean by will find out? I know people are lowlives. that is why im giving them another option so they cant say it wasnt available.
 
Already been said it seems but it's an online forum that operates on anonymity, trolling/bullying/whatever you want to call it is the natural way of things. You just have to tune people out and exercise the ignore feature if you feel you have a problem with it.
 
I haven't seen anything to suggest that it is but of course its bound to happen in some capacity, you will always get that kind of thing when humans interact with one another
 
There are a varying degrees of difference of opinion; from mild to severe. Some of the expressions of opinion can get heated and even result in name calling, but I wouldn't call any of it bullying.
