Took a chance and got a silicone toy from online. It's much higher quality than expected, especially for the price. It's pretty soft and flexible deflated. Gets harder, linger, and much wider at the knot when inflated. Pictures are completely deflated and also at 7 pumps. I've went to 10 pumps at most. The squirting part works well too, first squirting toy. Second inflatable, and much happier than I expected for that. The pics online look a little wonky but it inflates nicely

Ooh, yes, it looks very similar to the one you posted. This one is a little bit more of a point and maybe less thick overall. Though I like the pointier end, especially when pumping it up after inserted, the knot locks in place and drives the tip deeper. It's decently long as is so the point helps to make its way.
