I don’t have a toy rec for you but I can recommend a good double-sided suction cup or, if you have a hismith- the suction cup attachment has an area on the connector side that lets you tie down the toy to the flat area with rubber bands.

Sorry! I’m an idiot. I don’t have an elypse art (yet) and didn’t realize the inflation tube ran straight out the bottom, negating the use of suction cups.Thanks so much but I'm on the hunt for the inflatable
It looks like primal hardware has some knotty inflatables with a flat base. You may still need a suction cup for the machine, but the tubes running out the side of the toy are likely easier to manage coming versus the straight from the bottom kind like Elton’s. Sinnovator makes great double-sided suction cups for toys like that, if you’re interested.
