Inflatable flare?

Is there any toy out there with an inflatable flare? I love my inflatable knots. And would love a flare to add to my collection.

No. No. For the hundreth time no. Fluid dynamics doesn't work that way. It wouldn't be a flare, you'd have a round balloon on top of the shaft.
