Okay so rather fast thrusting, will try my best to imitate it but not sure I will be able to because it can be hard to keep going for a longer time at a fast pace like that

Unless it has a bone in it, you wont be able to imitate it closely enough

It will never be the same as the real thing, you have to try to find one that is inflatable. I once had one but it inflated the whole thing, it helps but it is not the same. You would have to inflate only the knot but I couldn't find one at the time.

I personally try and use mine regularly to get better at fitting it in and get used to it, making the real thing easier to handle
