I'm newbie, and it's hard to use

Yes, you can go section by section and read the titles and respond where you see fit.

I’ve been here a few days, and I can tell you that you slowly start figuring things out. Just take things slow and explore the forums at your own pace.

You have to do that regardless if you want to send and receive private messages anyway.

What area are you having difficulty navigating?
The area where I am is Asia.
Compared to America and Europe, this place has relatively few subscribers
Also, I just don't know how to use this site. Are you just writing comments? What kind of activities should I do? I was just watching for a few days.

Yes. It's a FORUM. Look up what that means if you don't know.

Well, when I first decided to start chatting on here, I went to the "fun and games" section and found some threads that were little games and pretty easy to start in. Eventually, you get more comfortable with the layout of the site as well as the people, and it all comes pretty naturally.

When you start, the best thing to do is just look through the different topics and comment. There’s a fun and games section in general that is good for that. If you’re looking for other locals or people who share your language, I think there’s areas specifically for that too.

Learning to use the forum will come naturally. No need to push yourself.

Yes, I asked a question, but I know it's a matter of my own. Thanks for the tip!
