I'm new here, and an eager zoo. How might I go about setting up a meeting with someone for some fun, while remaining safe during the process?

Hey! I'm new to doing this sort of thing 'publicly', and I'm desperately wanting to find someone with an eager animal willing to have some fun, as my own isn't eager at all and I'm not going to force him. How might I find someone to meet with, and conduct this safely so nobody ends up finding out? And if I do want to post somewhere here to look for that, where would that be, and am I allowed to give simply my state and country to find people close enough?
