I'm confused about Transgender surgeries.

I'm a male (Not trans) and I don't understand the surgeries that transgender people get to become their preferred gender.

I'm mainly talking about penile inversion surgery as I am curious about the surgery and the aftermath.
I am curious about a lot of the feelings of the vagina during sex or just any other time, the sexual pleasure and what it feels like for the transgender and the penetrator, does it feel like fucking someone but you are getting fucked, how does the transgender piss and cum, whats the pros and cons (Do you lose anything after the surgery), How do you use the vagina for everyday needs and in sex, what do they look like after the surgery (Hard to find pictures)? These are the things I'm confused and curious about.

Anyone that can answer my questions or give any information or light on penile inversion surgery and other transgender issues will be much appreciated.

I can't answer the anatomy questions, but I have a sibling that is trans mtf. She went through with it, and is way happier in life. I won't lie. Its a tad odd for me because I grew up with a brother not a sister, but I'm super supportive of her, and happy that she is happy.

There are a lot of transgenders on this site who would, I'm sure, be happy to answer your questions.

I'm not transgender so I have no idea how it feels and whatnot, but generally the sensitive part of the penis, the glans, is placed under the skin in the top of the new vagina to act as a clit. The testicles are removed, the urethra is re routed like a normal vagina. The transgender person does not ejaculate, as they don't have testicles, but they can still orgasm.

Technically it is an open unhealed wound, so the body wants to close it up, so post op trans people need to use a dildo regularly to "dilate" and keep the vagina from closing itself up.

I think GLDF answered most of your questions but I'm a transwoman who is having this surgery in a few weeks so let me know if you have any more questions x
