I'm a bit unsure can you breed a fixed female pup?

I'm about 8 inches long and she got fixed a bit ago sadly and I wasn't sure if you were able to safely breed a fixed pup, to any who have experience and or advice on fully willing to learn
 
I wouldn't recommend it. You said a bit ago, so a question would be what age? I can't remember specifics, but it has to do with what they do during the spay. A girl I had was pregnant before and there was some fun times before she was fixed at may be age 3 or so. You almost have to keep going at it otherwise it will be tougher to do anything. Though it can be different for different breeds.

Thank you for you're insight she was fixed somewhat young but not very young I just didn't know if I should risk it or try to find another pupper to do stuff with

What @dogluver101 has said is very true. It is best if she has had a litter, and better yet, regular sex with a human male. Then once spayed, "to keep going at it otherwise it will be tougher to do anything" as he put it. And if she was spayed BEFORE puberty, you can kiss any and all chances goodby. Period.

She did go through 2 puberty stages but her cookie isn't as swollen anymore and she's never had a litter so I don't think it'd be safe to try vagina stuff with her

Because of the size of your dick, I'd say "no". Best not to even try.

And if getting another female dog is and option for you, then please go do that. This is really the only option for you. If you had a tiny dick and she was a very large dog, I "might" say yes, go for it... if you were very careful and with lots of guidance from us. But none of these things are the case, so... "no."

Don't worry u don't want to hurt any animals so I won't try to breed her as tempting as it can be I don't like harming animals just having fun with them
