i just thought this was a good post idea
if you had the say to make a rule to protect both parts a few ideas would be for me
age of concent humans it already exist so no need that part of the law for an animals IE when they are mentally ready and bodily in order to prevent animal molestation of puppys fouls baby goats calfs ext
what qualifies as concenting animals such as those old south american videos where the animals are obviously drugged ad are unwilling to do it under there own mind
also insurnce to cover STD for animals and im not sure of animals can give us there STD or even if they have them with the exemtion of that chip that was the source of HIV according to the aids doc on netflix or some streaming service i watched
those are some few ones let me know if you like my ideas are they need work or removing from the law idea

dunno about other animals (tho i'd wager it's similar), but with dogs it's pretty simple. with males you just wait till they ask or show interest, with females you generally wait for their second heat. the harder part to prove would be the dog initiating.... since you know, "all sex with animals is rape". body language is apparently not enough.
 
A few ideas I have
1st thing would be to track abusive content, those who view it and create it the same way they do pedo shit.
2nd Maybe some sex ed or something for people that are zoo, and teach people about canine body language and positive methods of communication and such

It's also important to know when they have matured not only physically but mentally as well. I think the best way to do this is to be around dogs, young and old, study how they act when they are young, going through puberty and when they mature.

Wipe out any kind of bestialist/sadistic content if the animal proves to be in distress then from that day after then yes distribution of cruelty punished or/and treated accordingly.

as much as i would be apart of the fire squad who would take them down it wont happen as much as we like there are too many states where my dog has more rights then my horses or beating my dog is legal because in that states law it ses it as training
