Probably almost certainly. No testicles means no testosterone, which largely means no sex drive.
Your girlfriend is not going to get pregnant from having sex with a different species than a human.
So there is no need to castrate your dog.
Also if your only need to have a dog is to watch your GF fuck it, do not get a dog.

I've mated with dogs who are fixed. It depends...if you fix then after they have reached sexual maturity and they have had some maiting experience (even as much as a paw job) they know how good it felt and can sometimes still engage with it. Some dogs love the drive entirly....but if you fix an animal early then they never had the time to develop that side of them and it never even becomes a source of pleasure for the..
