If I "ignore" someone...

I click the "ignore" button, and I still get their PMs, but with a red banner across the top of the PM saying, "You are ignoring content by this member."
That doesn't do any good. Am I doing something wrong? Something else I need to do?

The only thing you can do to stop unwelcome messages is either set it to people you follow or turn it off altogether. Other than that leaving the conversation and refusing to except new messages from the person will block that discussion.
