There is definitely something to needing the feeling of being taken. There is a vulnerability to it, a feeling of being exposed, and it is heightened when you know that you are being used solely for another's gratification.

I am oblivious to the pertinence of just coming and offer my opinion...

But certainly, while I consider animal companions as valuable as human companions of not more. The implication of how other people perceives all this and from a power play perspective, I can easily say that there is something to do with exposition, vulnerability and even some sort of degrading part.

You are the pet and not the other way around just send shivers down my spine......
