I have a question

There was a female pit around my neighborhood last night that escaped from somewhere with no tag but had some kind of rubberband around her neck. She followed us home but I didn't let her come in. Should I have let her come in? If I see her next I would bring her in. She is so sweet but was skitish until my pup met her.

Get her in and find out what the thing round her neck is! She might be chipped, especially if she is a pure-bred. Get her scanned at your local veterinarian's.

She needs caring for. Show her you care, please?

When I looked outside again she was gone. I was trying to see if she is still around the neighborhood.
