I had a picture of me and my female doggo

I used to have a picture of me rimming and fingering her, is there any way i can get the picture back even if i deleted it?

How long ago have you deleted it? Have you written any files on the drive since you deleted it and how big is the drive? You can use tools like photorec on linux or recuva on windows to try to recover deleted files. But if they have been overwritten by other files over time, they are lost forever.
