I personally don't see the need to waste it and let my body absorb it. I don't see any need to release it... but that's because no one that is more experienced has made it clear to me that I should expel it.

I do have to admit that in the beginning I had some struggle to keep in a good sized load, the pressure on my body always made me feel like I had to "Make" and as I got older I was able to hold it in without fail.
