I was on some heavy moods yesterday and finally I kinda had enough of it hiding my love for my girl/past mate.

I took my dad (figure) to the side and told him "you know how important she was to me right?".

He replies " just meet another person just like (insert past human date name)"

Me: No I mean "I saw her not as a dog but as another person if you get what I mean"

Him: "even if it's unnatural I got hints of that's going on with the attachments you had with her.". Then "you gotta move on you can't dwell on it"

Me (later on the phone) " just letting you know I hope you know what I mean right? I don't want you getting the wrong message about (insert mate name) I really saw her as a person".

Him: "why else did I save the picture I knew she meant alot to you thanks for telling/trusting me with this"

The rest of the day was normal after that.

To those naysayers if your love is real enough it hurts you should gauge it and just pull the most trusted person to the side.
