I guess you could try getting him sexually frustated by not doing handjobs/blowjobs and not responding to his sexual advances until he humps? And if he does hump even just a little bit then please him asap so he can learn that humping leads to good things

I mean it's a natural movement for a dog so technically he should end up doing it. Also I read that doing too much handjobs and other can get the dog used to not hump as it's not necessary for thel to get pleased by their humans
 
Also make sure he's really into it, as not humping could be a sign of just not wanting to have sex
