If you were going to develop your own facility or Farm, how would you setup the facility?

The key to setting up such a place is efficiency and profitable then finally utility. I wouldnt know a design off the top of my head.

I would set up a climate controlled barn with individual access doors for outside grass access. There would be a meet and greet room to pair the ladies with active k9 breeder’s. There would be individual rooms for mating pairs plus a group breeding room.

Building wrapped around an interior central garden. Water supplied by a well in the garden. Basement bunker with enough storage for years of supplies. Underground tunnel leading to a concealed exit somewhere in woods well away from the building. UAV launch pads and/or catapult on the roof. Pop-up turrets scattered around the lawn and in the treeline, visual and thermal targeting on all of them. Nearby volcano for convenient disposal of inconvenient corpses.

Oh, and definitely a koi pond with waterfall.
