How to tell if my neighbor is zoo?...

I have this neighbor....he has a pit boxer (male). I have never really seen the boxer up close until yesterday....so i my question is is there a way to tell if a dog has been used? I only say this because the dogs ass-hole looks....well lets say VERY used....its stretched out looking and protruding a bit...now i dont suspect abuse because the dog seems very friendly and happy the way it was playing and good with strangers...i was just curious if this is common in male dogs or if its a sign of some anal use...i dont intend on confronting him this is more just a curiosity thing and thought i would take to this place for some feedback/advice.

How? If they tell you or you walk in on them.

Seriously that question is like asking how you can tell if they're into BDSM, or any other bedroom oddity. Or "how can I tell if my neighbor puts hot sauce on their eggs?". Unless they tell you it's none of your business, and unless you catch them you won't know.

Without seeing it, I'm gonna bet it is not a sign of "anal use". It is very likely a normal anus for an older intact male dog. Dogs often develop sex hormone-related hyperplasia of the glandular tissue around the anus, mostly cosmetic issue unless the excess hormones are from a tumor somewhere.
