How secure is Zooville and Proton?

The reason I ask is that after signing up here and with the required email I have been getting promo sexual text message , not cool on a phone for work if you get my meaning.The emails require phone numbers.

Have others experienced this?

When I signed up for proton I did not have to give them my phone number. So that is something new.
Cancel that email and look into tutanota mail. Hopefully they do not need that.
If a mail provider needs you identifiable information, they can go fuck themselves with privacy.

I am not far from ending my entire digital foot print to the best of my ability.

Had email and amazon and bank and other stuff hack some time ago. I of course am now super paranoid.
