How much preparation for anal knot?

Hi! I am very curious at the moment to possibly try taking a knot anally but I’ve read so many horror stories online. I’ve never done anything anally really ever before, so can anything give me some advice on how prepared I should be before taking on that challenge xD?

make sure you can take 8 to 9 inches depth, and then a good warm up with a toy, lube and time as you can be stuck together up to 40m

Best tips would be to work with toys to loosen up over the course of the day, gradually stepping up in size until you can easily be fucked. the other thing is... do not scrimp on the amount of lube! when the time comes to take the knot. If you can, start with a medium sized dog, not a huge one.
