They are not healthy at all. Short lifespan, high rate of joint disease, heart and vascular problems, they can hardly move. I never understood caucasian shepherd, central asian shepherd, moscow watchdog etc. why should a dog be bred over 60Kg. They no protect him from anything, because they moves so slowly and with difficulty. They have such a hard time getting off the ground that you don't need to use slow motion for Tiktok videos... :rolleyes:
There is a caucasian breeder in Slovakia who bred male caucasian over 100Kg. I would be surprised if he lived to 6-8 years...

you'd be surprised how fast a 72kg caucasian can be. he doesn't move differently in any way to other dogs i have had so i'm calling bullshit.
the only thing "different" about him compared to a "normal" dog is the ease with which he moves stuff around. i think he doesn't even realize how strong he actually is. like, he moved my fucking stove and fridge multiple times by simply brushing against their corner as he ran past to check random fuss outside. or you know how some dogs drag their water bowl on the ground when it's close to empty? his water bowl is 10kg of polished concrete (plastic and metal ones stood no chance) and he drags it with just his tongue when he gets to the bottom.

i've never felt more personally attacked. these "uglies" are exactly my type. closest i can get to a bear.

I know the breed, there are 3 of them and each of them is almost 60Kg. I also like the bear dog, but the unnecessarily large size, which can also be seen in the video, is not beautiful.

You have a male, 70Kg is fine with them, I think in females, going over 60Kg is bad.
