How do you un-follow a thread?

Pretty self-explanatory. How do you un-follow a thread that you already replied to? I don't see a list of threads I'm following under my account settings.

you click "unwatch" in the upper right corner in the thread you want to stop watching.. it's on per thread basis, not a list in your account.
