How do you take the knot?

Heyo i have a medium rex and i noticed that to take the knot i always have to stretch quite a bit to be able to slide it in, any advice?

The way I did it was get a slightly smaller butt plug that you can handle, stick it in, and just wear it around. And always went slow and respected not trying to stretch too far too fast. You’ll make it—it’s a process!
