How do you find an owner in real life that you can trust to be genuine?

I really want to experience a male dog, but due to living situations I can’t actually own a dog. I’d love to find an owner that would let me play with their dog (probably even if they wanted to play too lol), but meeting up with someone to do something taboo irl makes me nervous. I have a fear in the back of my mind that it’s a set up or something LOL even if we meet up for coffee or something first to talk. I’m literally so horny over this I’m dying to find someone!

How do you all do it? Do you just take a risk, or is there some way to make it safer?

No matter what, it's a risk. It is nerver wrecking. I recommend chatting with them first for a while, then meet at a public place. Even if it's in a busy parkinglot. Get a feel for them. Do that till you get comfortable. Then see where it goes. I did a parkinglot. We were suppose to meet at a certain time. I showed up like an hour early and sat in the very back of the parking lot. I did not say what kind of vehicle I was in. I watched every car that drove in and out to ensure there wasn't any police or anything. If I saw cops pull in or undercover cars (if you can spot them) I would have left. Now mind you, we didn't meet for sex or anything. So really, no crime was being commited. But once I saw they pulled in, and not chatted in the parking lot. That was it. Best of luck.

Excuse me? I’m not sure how you came to this conclusion from anything I’ve said in this post? This post is very clearly about a consensual situation, considering that is the entire basis of this thread. Notice that I said “would let me”. Never under any circumstances would I assume anyone would be obligated to do or allow anything sexual with anything or anyone.

There are a ton of posts like this... If it was that easy everyone would be doing it. But the risks are really massive so do it at your own discretion. Zoos are very rare. A zoo that's willing to risk it and let his dog do you is even rarer still. And a person that is both of these things and in your area is practically one a million. But if the situation arises, be very careful, always assume the person is out to get you until proven otherwise. Further than that, the other guys here have already given you good advice. I think it's better to wait until you can experience these things on your own property with your own animals. Even if you have to wait years, it's much safer. Hope you find what you're looking for! ?
 
Edit: Just saw you're in the states. The likelihood of finding someone is much greater for you than others as I think most members on ZV are Americans. In my country I only know of five or six actual zoos.

Glad I could help. To be honest, my wife and I just waited till we were finally able to get a dog. It was the safest way. I'm not opposed to meeting others, even if it is just to have dinner and chat with. I'm not opposed to even sharing our dog, my wife might, but it would have to be with the right person and someone we vetted to be 100 percent sure we are safe.
 
You’re fresh off the boat asking such things as many do. No one with a few cells to spare would be willing to do so not knowing someone for an extended amount of time . Most exclusives would outright say no to the matter.

All excellent insight, thank you all! I really do appreciate seeing many angles to this. I’m not entirely fresh off the boat, but certainly still have my sea legs so to speak lol.

One good way to eliminate law enforcement is before any plans are made to do anything illegal, have them give you a kiss or grab your butt ect, something sexual, as that is a big no no for anyone in that profession while on duty or during any investigations. Or ask them to expose themselves, or otherwise do something illegal.
 
There's a bar near me that has a convenient rear entrance by the toilets. I always meet there where there are other people around, sit in a quiet corner and chat. If I have an uneasy or uncomfortable feeling, I "excuse me, I must go to the toilet" and instead, I leave.
Always plan an escape route just in case things go horribly wrong.

Unfortunately there are extensive protections for cops in this situation. There needs to be much greater oversight for these kind of operations because abuse of these protections happens all too frequently.

That is true, it is also good to record these things, and even better use an app that automatically uploads it to a cloud storage so erasing it in the device is useless.
 
I took a huge risk in the details of my first meet up with an owner from here.. we did talk a bit prior.. but the first meet was soooo sketch for both of us lbs. idk dumb luck that he lives less than twenty minutes from me, we became close friends, and his dog and I have bonded immensely. Found my pack but would probably never do that type of meet up again due to such a high risk factor.
 
The best thing to do is to chat and really get to know each other. Once you feel comfortable (no red flags) then meet somewhere semi public, ina croud but away from them and see how they act, of they have changed their demeanour since chatting online dont trust them. This is how i meet with others and they have all been good

Well there will always be a risk involved, but if you talk for a while (like at least a few months) you can mitigate it
