not that i have any experience on the subject, but based on the various bits of info here and there, i'd say it's not something you want to do. not only is the pay apparently very low, you're also willingly handing them means of blackmailing you if they ever so desire....
why would you want to do that anyway? besides the obvious (and very naive) "we'd get to fuck with animals"? most of the "professional-grade" porn is filled with drugged and/or restrained animals, fake cum and limp dicks...

Very well put. To add further to your comment. Most of what you see is heavily edited. You dont get a huge knot popping out and a vagina dripping a lot of dog cum.
