Every dog knows how to suck, otherwise they wouldn't have grown up to be dogs Nursing is nothing more than sucking milk out of the bitches breasts and is about as natural an act as you can get otherwise they will get malnourished and most likely die unless we intervene and feed the pup manually.

Kinda where the if he does not like it do not do it comes from, I imagine some dogs find comfort in this act with someone they trust and if they carried it on into adulthood. Kind of like sucking your thumb, some people find comfort in that well past the need too. Actually that's probably the answer to OP's question right there.

Training animals for sex takes away free will. That dog will suck your dick because there will be a reward in the end. The same way that dog will let you trim his nails, clean his ears, take a blood sample withstanding the discomfort because there is a reward in the end. Never use training methods for sex.
