He may just be keeping it quiet. It is a very sensitive topic, considering most societies view on it.
Just try to drop hints here and there that it's something you like, and he may consider it eventually.

Keeping fantasy and reality distinct is a healthy ability that all should have. Just because he likes feral does not mean he would consider zoo. Find out his values on this point. He should have thought about it at some point if his interest in feral porn is healthy. If his argument is strong in terms of harm reduction and fantasy compared to reality you can put your case honestly and risk rejection. He might have a strong case opposing real life as a protective measure for his real or suppressed interest and your honesty may bring that out over time. Don't hold your breath.
If he is emotional in his reply and has poor points or seems to be making points up on the spot then he has not properly considered. At this point if you make your case you risk manipulating as others have said. This will backfire in the long run when he realizes and blames you for it. Instead. Ask him to go away and make his own mind.

Give it time, even if he doesn't end up warming up to it, it doesn't mean he can't be supportive of your desires. Just remember that its okay for two people in a relationship to not share all the same interests. It's the things you both like that matter most anyway
