In case people haven't seen their page on etsy - they have some very pretty looking toys with realism at a good price. I just ordered both:

Doesn't look very realistic to me.

Not that I have anything against it but it does seem likely that this is just a drop shipping store - their production partners are out in China and they likely ship directly from their warehouse to you rather than their store location which is New York, United States (only mentioning it as it might just be worth reverse image searching the images and finding them even cheaper directly from the supplier themselves?)
