if u think she dont act natural u should go to vet - heat will go away from own normally
It's normal for a dog to go in heat. Having sex with her isn't going to make the heat go away.

+ there is a chance that having sex in prime heat could lead to a higher risk of false pregnancy for a female dog
(besides the risk of infection because in heat the cervix is more open and immun response is lowerd because of hormonal changes)

I think there is no connection.
The "don't have sex for 1-2 weeks after heat" is also questionable. For safety reasons, I also follow it, but I think that if a dog gets pyo, it cannot be caused by the bacteria in the penis, because the defenses of the vagina and uterus are very strong. Pyo is much more lottery and luck/unluck.
Bathing is of course very important regardless.

Pyo is discussed in several threads in here, but it's the first time I heard about false pregnancy to be connected to sex.
There's something else I wonder about... Can a false pregnancy after the first heat affect the physical development (especially of the sexual organs, of course)?
