Help with my stallions

I have two stallions who I believe have been neutered I have tried stroking them but they won't drop their penisis is there a way to get them to or am I doomed?

1. Why dont you know if your animals are neutered or not ?
2. Balls= not neutered. No Balls=neutered. Wtf ?

I am afraid if they are not dropping for you there is not much you can do. Horses are very strong willed in this department to the point of peeing without lowering their member in some instances. They might not feel relaxed and comfortable in your presence. I found if I spent time with a horse and just was friendly and relaxed around them they warmed up to me and would become erect if I simply gave them time to get to know me .

As to not knowing if they are gelded, that is going to be very obvious there will be nothing round in nature hanging between the hind legs just behind the sheath.

A reasonable guess; they are no his "stallions" after all. The difference balls/no balls is not so easy to see at night..?
