Just so you know, you can lose a few liters of blood before it's dangerous, let me do a quick search.

so the volume=weight*%_of_weight*0.14/1.05
don't forget to change % into *0.01

If you do go for medical help, Anything you say, please don't mention the dog. He might end up being taken away, I don't know the laws where you live. But it's best not to take the risk... Just say you were experimenting with some toy or something... It's something doctors are used to hearing.

Glad I was able to help in any way that I can

I didn't take a knott for a few months (I'd let dogs mount me but I was never in a safe position to allow for a full knotting) then I had the opportunity to take a dog but it was a big boy and my body wasn't ready; I choose to take it without prepping so I have nobody to blame but myself but even then I'm not assigning blame because I loved every second we were together I just bled because I was stretched out so much hehe. The pain does fade to pleasure and yea you bleed but whatever it's nothing life threatening and the act of bonding and being with the dog is just so perfect....it can be overwhelming which is why keeping a calm level head and knowing it will all be alright is the best thing to do...if you panic you try to force the knott out which will hurt....bad.....really bad and can tear your anal ring if he went in that hole. Once you can convince yourself everything will be ok you can just enjoy every detail....the pain the blood....the stuffed feeling all becomes something incredible....the act of mating with your dog...it trump's all other feelings you can endure <3 and ultimately leaves the overall experience.....truly perfect
