If you have silicone toys you can just put them in the oven on the “keep warm” setting. I’ve been doing this for years with zero issues. The best way to keep toys warmed up IMO.

Boiling water. Warning a toy to 100°C and then inserting it will be ouch.

Heat transfer rate. Silicon is an insulator and is slow to absorb heat. A few minutes in a boil will warm it from the outside in, but not raise the temperature of the object uniformly or rapidly.

Boiling your toys then letting them sit for a second is a fantastic way to warm them up.
