If admins can help or not I am unable to upload a 41 sec vid just keeps saying "something went wrong try again or contact administrator" much appreciated!

There is a 250MB size limit and only some file formats are supported.
mp4 is your best bet.

Looks like it is set as a mp4 and is only 47mb, I'll keep trying tho
