If you train your dog properly they should know that it takes place in a certain places and not in public
 
Nah, he doesn´t do it when other people are around. Let´s call it luck because i started doing it way back when the idea of ''training'' him wasn´t even something i considered. It really depends on your dog's personality and the way you teach him stuff.
 
No, but that would not worry me much. It is within normal for dogs.

yes it did happen, although it was not fully public. I went on a big trip with one of my puppies, I was on my bike and he was running alongside me. I would say I’ve never been mounted anywhere that wasn’t wanted. There is a time and place for everything and my partner understands that. Like others were saying it’s all about training. Don’t get me wrong though I have been mounted outside (backyard, camping trips, hiking trails) but that was encouraged and wanted.

A Wolfie? Jesus. He could pretty much knock you onto all fours if you weren’t prepared. Also, smart. I’ve heard a lot of people socialize a room or particular place in the house to indicate “go for it”
 
I think is the safest option. It worked well for me and my doggie. But that was one catch.. he was learned to never hump, jump, mount or take any action when I was dressed. Of course he showed signs of excitement - male nature, anticipation and desires was unstoppable haha 🤭
