I would like to know if anybody has tried prostate massage in a dog and how he felt or if it is arousing to them?
Has anyone ever done prostate massage to dogs?

I have meet one in particular who would hump the air from prostate stimulation alone. And biologically speaking yes it should heighten the penises sensations. Combining a handjob with a prostate massage I've noticed gets a dog squirting hard generally! The prostate is a couple inches in on a downward angle and about the size of a penny. You'll be able to feel a bump when you find it. It's smooth in texture. However you need to make sure they're alright with being touched there first. Some dogs dislike their butthole being touched. Even a little. Some dogs will let you go all out. It varies. Start off by just touching their butt, no penetration at first, pay attention to their body language, if they seem tense at all, stop! I once had a dog who really loved being masturbated. He had his special position he wanted it to be done, he layed on his side. I only ever stick a very well lubed finger up there for medical reasons like expressing anal glands or physical exams. I’m inclined to second the unicorn thing—surely if it was stimulating the dogs would let me know during the exam rather than getting super uncomfortable and upset at me—they have no problem ejaculating for semen collection at the clinic, so it isn’t the environment!
After doing thousands of prostate exams, finger wise, you won’t reach anything with even a largish breed to giant breed dog, and if you do that means it’s swollen and you should bring your doggo to us.

Are you seriously asking for a method how to get an animal to withstand something he does not like because you want to do it anyway?

You mean making him comfortable in the sense that he learns wht it means and how it fells. If he doesn't like it. It is probable he will never do. I think there is only one thing that should be kept in mind: contrary to apes, swine, bovines and equines, dogs seem to have a half hearted relationship with their ass hole. The reason is that they learned to keep clean at home and to poop outiside and for some reason may feel uncomfortable towards their owners when their butt gets concerned because they have been conditioned so. In that sense the shame around it should be loosened. Definitely I believe that like humans animals are all different and have their own unique personalities demanding and allwoing different things.
