Get fixed dog to fuck

Have any of you tried to get a fixed male dog to fuck you? Not sure whether the dog would be interested or not, if so, how would I go about introducing/making a move work?

Some males retain desire post-neuter, some do not. Aside from looking for the usual mating related behaviors, I'm not aware of any method to determine it aside from building a relationship and trying.

Read up on the purpose of castration. You might find the information that it removes sexual behavior quite interesting.
