France: should I be worried about visiting this forum and saving pictures ?

All is in the title, I do not possess any animal but I mainly browse and save pictures and or videos from this site and live in France

could the authorities knock on my door about it ?

Not in France, but doubtful. Unless your country is a crime free paradise the police have better things to worry about than spying on downloads and hunting you down for saving a picture of a horse cock.
